IS YOUR CONTENT SPORADIC? HERE'S HOW TO GET BACK ON TRACK.

Ok, let's wake up and smell the coffee.

If you find yourself experiencing your content routine getting less and less structured and more and more chaotic, you could be on a very slippery slope, friend.

A slippery slope that you might not want to be on, and need to pull up from quick (and I am here to help you do just that today!).

Why?

Because becoming sporadic with your content can lead to:

A loss of flow, of momentum and you beginning to think regular content doesn't really matter, which leads to your audience becoming disinterested in your brand and what you offer as they hear from you less and less. You're no longer are front of mind when they're making their next purchasing decision AND guess what, that means they'll head on over to buy from your competitors which means a decline in sales for you.

*yikes*

But it doesn’t have to get this far because you can avoid this path and get back on track. Here's how:

THE REGULAR CONTENT FLASH GUIDE

#1 | GO BACK TO YOUR PLAN AND PURPOSE.

When you first set out to communicate with your audience, you probably wrote a content plan. You may have written down key topics, new products to push and objectives you need to hit. If so, it’s time to pull that back out and reflect on why you started this in the first place.

#2 | MAKE A PLAN.

If you didn’t write your plan and purpose down, it’s time to do that. Grab a pen and paper (or a fresh google doc), and plan your goals, what you'll communicate and when so you can get back in front of your customers. Your content plan can be as simple as a four cell table. Just get it down in black and white.

#3 | TIME BLOCK FOR THE WIN.

Ok, so you have your plan and you've written it down. now's the time to get serious with your time. Get savage with your diary and block in time specifically to draft content. Physically carving out time in your schedule to create content for your business will mean it actually gets done. Just. Get. It. Done.

#4 | LET GO OF BEING PERFECT.

If you saw my pervious email all about the best piece of advice that changed my business you'll already be up to speed. Missed it? Scroll down to check it out.

And remember, your content doesn't need to be perfect. But it SHOULD be something that you try to get AS consistent as possible because truly, it's the one thing that allows you to get in front of your warmest audience, which ensures you turn clicks into customers with ease. It matters. And you’ve got this.
